The public copy is deliberately limited so you can preview it comfortably without exposing the original HD file. The source file remains protected until a professional licence is acquired.

Yes. Download the medium-resolution version free of charge to check the crop and placement in a personal mock-up. Any professional publication then requires the HD licence.

Use the photographer or studio name shown on the image page, followed by “My Fauna Pics”, and link to the image page whenever the medium allows it.

Purchased images appear under “My images” in your account. You can download the HD file again and retrieve its proof of licence there.

One credit unlocks one high-definition image under the professional licence. Your balance is charged only when the HD unlock is confirmed.

No. Purchased credits remain attached to your account until you use them.

No. An image you have already acquired remains in your library. Further downloads of that image do not use another credit.

Your balance and transaction history are available under “My credits” in your account.

Yes for professional downloads. Your account keeps your credits, purchased images, orders and licence records together.

It allows you to use the HD image on websites, social media, presentations, publications and communication campaigns. You may not resell the standalone file or submit it to another image library.

Yes. You may include it in a finished project created for a client. The source file must not be handed over for independent reuse or redistribution.

Yes. Cropping, colour adjustments, layouts and text overlays are allowed within the licensed project, provided the image itself is not resold or redistributed.

No. Images are licensed on a non-exclusive basis and may be used by more than one customer.

You may not resell or share the source file, add it to another image library, make it the main value of a product for resale, or use it in an unlawful, defamatory or misleading context.

Prices are displayed including tax. The applicable rate and final amount are adjusted to the billing country in accordance with current rules.

Your invoice and order details are available in your account and in the confirmation email sent after payment.

Every professional unlock creates a licence record linked to your account. It identifies the licence holder, the image and the acquisition date.

First refresh “My credits” and check the order status. If the balance is still unchanged, contact us with the order number shown in your confirmation email.

Use the contact address in the legal notice. Include your account email, order number and the name of the image concerned so we can assist you quickly.
