Image sales & licences
Terms and conditions
These terms govern credit purchases, image downloads and the rights granted under each licence.
Scope and seller
These terms apply to sales made on My Fauna Pics by OLYMPE DIGITAL, a French limited company with capital of €1,000, registered with the Besançon Trade and Companies Register under number 948 347 976, at 27 rue de Châtillon, Immeuble Le Masters – Espace Valentin, 25480 École-Valentin, France. The customer accepts them before ordering.
Offers, prices and payment
Personal medium-resolution downloads are free with a visible credit. One HD image under a professional licence costs €9 including tax. Packs cost €19 for 3 credits, €29 for 10, €49 for 30 and €129 for 100. VAT is calculated for the customer’s country and the total is shown before payment. The provider displayed at checkout processes payment; the site does not retain full card numbers.
Account, credits and delivery
An account is required. One credit unlocks one distinct HD image; downloading that image again from the same account costs no extra credit. Credits are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value and may not be resold. They remain available while the service and account exist. Credits are granted after payment confirmation and the file is delivered through a protected link. Access may be suspended while fraud, unpaid sums or abusive disputes are checked.
Withdrawal
Consumers normally have fourteen days to withdraw. They request immediate performance at checkout. For each image, withdrawal ends when a credit is used and the download starts, after express consent and acknowledgement. Unused credits remain subject to withdrawal during the statutory period. Any amount due is refunded through the original payment method.
Licences
Free licence. The medium-resolution copy is for personal, non-commercial use with a visible credit to the named photographer or studio.
Professional licence. Unlocking grants a non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual right for websites, social media, advertising, print, editorial content, presentations and completed work delivered to clients. The end client may use the finished work, but not the source file independently.
The standalone image may not be resold, redistributed, placed in another image library or sublicensed. It must not imply endorsement by a depicted person or brand or be used for unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or pornographic content. No model, property or trademark release is included unless expressly stated on the image page.
Licence record and guarantee
Each professional unlock creates a record linked to the account, image and order. The customer should retain it as evidence. Consumers benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee for digital content and services. For one-off content, defects appearing within two years of supply may be claimed with the remedies required by law.
Availability and liability
The seller uses reasonable means to keep the catalogue, accounts, licence records and downloads available. Maintenance, incidents or force majeure may temporarily interrupt the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For business customers, indirect loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints must first be sent to the seller in writing. Consumers may also use SignalConso and, after an unresolved written complaint, use consumer mediation under the applicable rules. French law applies without removing mandatory protection in the consumer’s country of residence. Between businesses, the Besançon courts have jurisdiction after an amicable attempt.
Data and changes
Account, payment, delivery and licence-record data is handled under the privacy information in the legal notice. The terms accepted at purchase and supplied on a durable medium govern the order. Later changes do not alter existing licences. If one clause is invalid, the remaining clauses continue to apply.
